Mr. Stratman chairs the firm’s community association practice.  He specializes in commercial litigation, real estate litigation and community association law. 
Mr. Stratman has served as general counsel to hundreds of community associations throughout Arizona. He has extensive experience in drafting CC&R’s and other governing documents for developers and community associations. As a civil litigator, Mr. Stratman has also participated in numerous trials, arbitrations and mediations. 

Mr. Stratman was born and raised in Grand Island, Nebraska.  He attended Northern Arizona University on an academic scholarship, where he graduated magna cum laude with a degree in History.  Mr. Stratman obtained his Juris Doctorate from Marquette University School of Law in 2005, where he graduated in the top 15% of his class.

Mr. Stratman is licensed to practice in Arizona, the United States District Court of Arizona and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.  Mr. Stratman was previously licensed in Wisconsin.
