Susan T. Watson has extensive experience in general litigation matters, particularly complex commercial litigation. She has handled complex litigation matters involving director and officer liability, fraud, breach of contract, breach of warranty, trade secrets, breach of non-compete and anti-solicitation agreements, unfair competition, employment discrimination, wrongful termination, product liability, construction disputes, class actions, copyright infringement, Internet disputes and international disputes. Her experience also includes participation in trial teams in complex commercial and tort litigation matters involving multiple parties and multiple districts. On behalf of aviation clients, Ms. Watson has worked on issues involving airworthiness, airframe and engine performance, FBO centers, FAA regulations and major aircraft overhaul contracts. She has substantial experience in motion practice, jury and bench trials, appellate issues, arbitrations and injunctive relief. Ms. Watson also has extensive experience in real estate matters including the applicability of the Arizona Anti-Deficiency statute to short sales and foreclosures. Prior to joining Mack Drucker & Watson, Ms. Watson worked at one of the largest law firms in the world and has more than ten years’ experience working in large international firms.

Ms. Watson received a received a Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from Rutgers College of Rutgers University in 1994, with a major in history and a minor in political science. She attended Rutgers Law School where she received her J.D. in 1997. Ms. Watson is admitted to practice in the State Courts of Arizona and the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. She is a member of the State Bar of Arizona.
