Scott M. Drucker, a shareholder and founding partner of Mack Drucker & Watson, PLC, focuses his practice in civil litigation, with an emphasis on real estate litigation, commercial litigation and construction law. His clients range from individuals to large corporations, which he represents in both federal and state courts, mediation, arbitration and appellate practice.

After studying at the London School of Economics and obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Rochester, Mr. Drucker received his Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University Law School. Mr. Drucker is currently licensed to practice law in the States of Maryland and Arizona and, immediately following law school, worked in Maryland negotiating and drafting endorsement and product licensing contracts for professional athletes.

Mr. Drucker has represented clients in every County in Arizona, as well as before the Arizona Department of Real Estate, Arizona Registrar of Contractors, Arizona Association of REALTORS®, and Arizona Department of Financial Institutions. As such, he has extensive experience in resolving both simple and complex matters on behalf of real estate agents, real estate brokers, title companies, developers, contractors, real estate investors, landlords, tenants, home inspectors, home owner’s associations, lenders, insurance companies and non-profit organizations.
