DeMORE received a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Arizona in 1987, with a major in English literature and a minor in political science.  Ms. DeMore was honored to be named a member of both Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi during her undergraduate career.  Ms. DeMore attended the University of Arizona College of Law where she received her J.D., magna cum laude, in 1990.  Ms. DeMore was named a member of the Order of the Coif, having graduated in the top ten percent of her class.  In furtherance of her interest in alternative dispute resolution and jury psychology, in May 2003, Ms. DeMore completed a masters degree in counseling psychology (M.C.), summa cum laude, at Arizona State University. 
Ms. DeMore has authored several works, including “Powerful Witness Preparation” and “Conducting a Winning Deposition,” both published by the Professional Education Group.  Ms. DeMore’s writings have been presented around the country as seminars to educate lawyers about the psychology behind jury selection and witness preparation.

Ms. DeMore is admitted to practice in the State Courts of Arizona, the United States District Court for the District of Arizona and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.  She is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and the Maricopa County and American Bar Associations.  Ms. DeMore practices in the areas of commercial and real estate litigation, with an emphasis on appellate work.
