Michael H. Orcutt practices in all areas of civil litigation, with an emphasis on real estate, construction, and insurance matters. In addition, Mr. Orcutt regularly counsels borrowers on foreclosure-related issues, including litigating deficiency protection under the Arizona statutes.

Mr. Orcutt received a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Barrett Honors College, Arizona State University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Following his undergraduate studies, Mr. Orcutt obtained his law degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Mr. Orcutt is licensed to practice in Arizona and in the United States District Court of Arizona.
