Greg represents clients in a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts, with a specific emphasis on business disputes. His experience includes representing investors, directors, and officers in direct and derivative lawsuits alleging breaches of fiduciary duty, violations of state and federal securities laws, and business torts. Greg is also well versed with insurance coverage issues implicated by these claims under primary and excess D&O policies.
In addition to complex business litigation, Greg dedicates his practice to professional liability defense. He regularly defends attorneys and real estate professionals in civil proceedings and administrative investigations.
Also, Greg has extensive experience representing clients in contract-related, real estate litigation matters involving residential and commercial purchase contracts and leases, as well as real property disputes involving easements, licenses, and claims of adverse possession.
Greg is a 2005 graduate of the University of Iowa College of Law, where he served as an editor of the Iowa Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Executive Board. He also holds a B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh, where he graduated summa cum laude and majored in Philosophy and the the History of Art and Architecture.
